Abstract

This is the protocol for a review and there is no abstract. The objectives are as follows: Evaluation of the role of HGFs combined with IST on mortality rate in patients with AA. Evaluation of the influence of HGFs on other patients' outcomes, including neutrophil recovery, hematologic response and the time to achieve it, incidence of infections, infection related mortality and the occurrence of early and late adverse events including the risk for clonal evolution such as MDS/AML.
