Abstract

This paper is concerned with a novel design approach for suboptimal control and estimation of a class of Markovian jump linear systems with hidden mode and partial state information. The efficiency of the proposed approach is illustrated via comparative results of an extensive Monte-Carlo simulation for a simple system. Furthermore, the application to fault-tolerant spacecraft attitude estimation and control is suggested.
