Abstract

Homogeneity properties of D-sets give rise to strong homogeneity properties on i) light rays, ii) intersections of boundaries of backward and forward cones, and iii) D-intervals. We shall study the first two of these properties systematically in this chapter. The main strategy is to study the property in question in a D-set, and then try to extend it beyond the given D-set. The attempt to do so reveals a number of new features, and we shall discuss them in detail.
