Abstract

The dilution curves of plasma hGH from 22 patients with the syndrome of familial dwarfism and high plasma IR-hGH were tested by radioimmunoassay with 3 different antisera. No significant differences were observed between the shape of the dilution curves of these samples and those of plasma hGH from healthy children, newborns and acromegalic patients.
