Abstract
The inclusive nonleptonic transition rate of the [Formula presented] meson in a gluonic penguin channel is calculated in QCD beyond the perturbation theory using the heavy quark mass expansion. We find that a leading power [Formula presented] correction to the parton model result constitutes about 4[Formula presented] in the inclusive decay rate.
