Intelligent evaluation of traffic offender records

Abstract

This paper describes an intelligent computer system giving decision support in the area of sentencing of traffic law offenders. The system evaluates the previous record of a traffic offender, and suggests how to consider that record when passing sentence in a new traffic case.
