Abstract
The stability constants of metal-proline/penicillamine binary complexes are found to be 109.98/1010.58, 108.78/10 9.78, 105.98/109.68, 105.68/10 9.28 and that of metal-proline/penicillamine-NTA mixed complexes have been found to be 106.35/106.00, 106.04/10 5.85, 105.87/105.75, 105.80/10 5.57 for FeIII, CuII, NiII and CoII complexes respectively at 25°C, ionic strength (μ) = 0.1 M (HClO4).
