Abstract
Thermadynamic analysis of the interaction of titanium carbide with alloying elements of steel P6M5 is carried out. It is shown that recrystallization of carbide grains with formation of the ring structure is possible at the temperatures of liquid-phase sintering. A metallic binder in this case is decarbonized and depleted of alloying elements. To save technological properties of the alloys is suggested to the minimum to reduce time of sintering and to use complex TiC-base carbides containing chromium, tungsten, molybdenum.
