    Abstract

Eosinophilic granuloma is the benign form of histiocytosis-X. Involvement of the skull, ribs, pelvis, and long bones are common. When the disease occurs in the temporal bone, the patient may present with acute or chronic otitis media. We report an unusual case of eosinophilic granuloma of the temporal bone presenting with signs of intracranial hypertension.
