Abstract
The deviation of the free surface of a fluid in a system consisting of a fluid layer and a elastic half-space is determined with the aid of Laplace integral transforms with respect to time and Fourier transforms with respect to the spatial coordinate in the Laplacian image space. The transfer to the space of the originals is realized by numerical inversion of the Laplace transform with the aid of skewed Legendre polynomials.
