Abstract
A novel mechanism is proposed, according to which the transition from a singlet state in a weak coupling regime to a triplet state in a strong coupling regime is shown to be an intrinsic property of nanoobjects with even occupation. It is also emphasized that the onset of Kondo regime in double quantum dot with even occupation can also be driven by a gate voltage.
