Abstract
Although laparoscopic treatment of tubal ectopic pregnancies is currently considered the treatment of choice, reports on laparoscopic management of ovarian pregnancies are scant. We present five ovarian pregnancies that resulted from a standard in vitro fertilization procedure. Moreover, technical and safety considerations, as well as the prominent advantages of laparoscopic surgery in these unique cases, are discussed.
