Abstract
The present communication suggests a novel relatively simple easy to build inexpensive DC and ULF electric field sensor. The present device can be regarded as a member in a class of sensors whose sensing ability is due to the steady repetitive movement of their electrodes. The mentioned advantages of the sensor result from the employment of a loudspeaker as the prime mover of its sensing electrode.
