Abstract
Magnetoresistance of granular YBaCuO films biased with a dc current, which causes a pronounced emission of electromagnetic energy in the microwave region, exhibits quantum effects in varying external dc magnetic field. The model relating the observed flux-flow resistance phenomena to the synchronization of radiating intrinsic Josephson junctions by viscous flow of vortices across radiating multi-loop clusters is proposed and discussed. Magnetoresistance experiments enabled the determination of the viscosity for the flux-flow and evaluation of the effective parameters for the high-Tc Josephson medium.
