Abstract
The present invention discloses the use of RNA inhibitory molecules, particularly si RNA molecules silencing the expression of Voltage-Dependent Ion Chanel- (VDAC1) for the induction of cancer stem cell differentiation and reduction of TAMs abundance and tumor angiogenesis, thereby preventing tumor invention and recurrence.
