Abstract

1. Some new methyl-substituted trans-1,2-disilylethylene derivatives were synthesized by the addition of hydrosilanes to methylethynylsilanes and ethynylmethoxysilanes, and a study was made of their reaction with methanol, and also with the methyl- and ethynylmagnesium halides. 2. It was established by the NMR method that all of the obtained compounds have a trans-structure.
