Abstract
SYNOPSIS We report the case of a woman with recurrent episodes of throbbing head pain which culminate in epistaxis, which in turn seems to speedily end the headache. There is no evidence of intracranial or nasal pathology. References in the literature to the association between migraine and epistaxis are sparse.
