Abstract

Here, we report about the preparation of poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene)-poly(styrenesulfonate) (PEDOT:PSS) films with organic solvents and graphene oxide by using facile process of spin coating. Here we used graphene oxide to see the conductivity variation, we used ethylene glycol, and n-methyl-2-pyrrolidone doped PEDOT:PSS as a composite and GO to measure the combined effect. The conductivity for pristine PEDOT:PSS is found 0.16 S/cm and the conductivity is increased to 19 S/cm with GO and all the films are highly transparent.
