Nevus lipomatosus superficialis (Hofmann-Zurhelle nevus)

Abstract

A 14-year-old boy showed indolent, unilateral lesions on his right buttock. The lesions first appeared at the age of eight years, On examination several, soft, yellowish papules and cerebriform plaques measuring from 5 mm to 2 cm in diameter were seen on the right buttock. The child was otherwise healthy.
