Abstract

The nonuniformities associated with the nonuniformity of the load on the electrode pairs and the three-dimensional character of the distribution of the electrical quantities are considered. The solution of the problem of the electric-potential distribution is solved in a channel having a rectangular cross section with hemispherical electrodes. The results of the calculations characterizing the longitudinal and transverse nonuniformities are presented in the form of graphs.
