In this presentation we will give review on our developed advanced diffraction grating analyses and simulation tools for design of multilayer lamellar grating structures. We will present design of tunable narrow band-pass reflector and surface-relief diffractive microstructures for improving efficiency and accelerating response of photodetectors.",
