Abstract
The article gives an optimization of the amplitude of changes in temperature of a bimetallic plate and the efficiency of a system for tracking the Sun depending on design parameters. A procedure is suggested for designing a tracking system, and a specific example of calculation of a tracking system's basic parameters according to the suggested procedure is given.
