Abstract

For the second-order delay differential equation with the middle term cursive Greek chï(t) + b(t) cursive Greek chi̇(t) + ∑m k=1 ak(t)cursive Greek chi(gk(t)) = 0, gk(t) ≤ t, oscillation conditions are presented. The results are obtained by the comparison of the delay equation with the corresponding ordinary differential equations containing the middle term.
