## Abstract

Using the weak interaction model of Desplanques, Donoghue and Holstein and the strong NN potential of Lacombe et al. we calculate the photon circular polarization P_{γ} and asymmetry A_{γ} of the propagation direction with respect to the incoming neutron spin direction. The results for p_{γ} and A_{γ} are written as sums of terms proportional to the relevant weak coupling constants. Numerical values are thus readily obtained for any set of PNC couplings that future investigations might privilege. Within the range of variations indicated by Desplanques et al. for the Weinberg-Salam model we find 0.58 × 10^{-8} ≤ P_{γ} ≤ 4.6 × 10^{-8} and 0.13 × 10^{-8} ≤ A_{γ} ≤ 17.6 × 10^{-8}; their "be values" for the coupling constants corresponding to P_{γ} = 2.83 × 10^{-8} and A_{γ} = 7.1 × 10^{-8}.
