Abstract

Experimental curves of resuspension probability in terms of the relative number of resuspended particles are obtained from surface dry cleaning experiments using electric fields. The curves reveal that the probability of resuspension decreases in time. Furthermore, it is shown that a negative correlation exists between the RH-level and the probability of particle resuspension.
