Abstract

Starting from e⁺e^- annihilation data as input we calculate lepton pair production cross sections in hadronic collisions, using the Drell-Yan model. Taking into account resonance contributions and the experimental mass resolution we find that the agreement with experiment is good. We use the model for estimating the production cross section of ψ resonances in hadronic collisions.
