FIELD: pharmacy. SUBSTANCE: pharmaceutical form consists of drug in combination with matrix that consists of saccharide-containing polymer. Form is resistant to enzymatic cleavage in patient stomach and intestine to whom this delivery system is administrated in colon. Pharmaceutical drug form is delivered in colon by enteral method of administration of biologically active compound at effective drug doses used at colon damage treatment. Invention describes a method of preparing sugar-containing polymers containing oligosaccharides and useful as a matrix for delivery system of drugs in colon. Invention proposes methods of modification of natural polymers such as mucopolysaccharides and, especially, chondroitin and pectin that can be used as matrix for pharmaceutical form of drugs according to the invention proposed.
