Abstract

The dynamics of random walks with history dependent jump probabilities dynamical systems was discussed. A dynamical phase transition from normal diffusion to superdiffusive behavior was solved using a simple and solvable model. The probability for a unit bit in a binary string depended on the fraction of unities. It was observed that the system went in a dynamical phase transition from normal diffusion into a superdiffusion phase when the correlation strength exceeded a critical value.
