Abstract
In this paper, we combine photon-counting imaging and the transport of intensity equation (TIE) fluorescent imaging through a scattering medium to present three-dimensional fluorescent imaging under weak light conditions. Photon-counting fluorescent images of tobacco-cultured cells through a diffuser are recorded and the complex amplitude distribution is obtained using TIE. The iterative phase retrieval method is then applied to remove residual blurred noise.
