Abstract

Quantized Pancharatnam-Berry phase diffractive optics was discussed. Computer-generated space-variant subwavelength dielectric grating was used. Results showed a quantized geometrical blazed phase of polarization diffraction grating. At wavelength 10.6 μm of infrared radiation a polarization dependent focusing lens was also found.
