Abstract
Gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM), the most common obstetrics metabolic disorder, presents in 3–14% of all pregnancies1, 2 and is associated with several adverse outcomes when intrapartum glucose is poorly controlled.3 Therefore, it is crucial to ensure timely diagnosis, tight glucose control, and antenatal management, as this holds significant clinical importance.
