Abstract
This paper describes the Lydersen method for estimating critical properties of organic compounds that is simple and reliable. The only data required are the normal boiling point, T//b, the molecular weight, M, and the structural formula of the compound. Written for the TI-59, this method determines critical temperature, pressure, volume and compressibility. Extensive property data are tabulated.
