Abstract

Monte Carlo methods for solving the nonlinear integro-differential equation describing the mixing in turbulent reacting flows are discussed, The Markov stochastic process whose one-dimensional probability distribution coincides with the solution of this equation is described. The Monte Carlo procedure for computer simulation of this Markov process is suggested.
