Abstract
The study underscores the decline in mental health and family quality of life experienced by parents of children with developmental disabilities during wartime. The operation of educational frameworks emerged as a central resource that impacted parents and families during wartime. Therefore, maintaining or planning alternative educational frameworks for these children during crises is essential to addressing their caregivers’ emotional and practical needs.
