Abstract
Irradiation treatment in the cervical and thoracic areas is sometimes accompanied by the devel opment of neurological symptoms and signs. The clini cal course and the diagnostic difficulties encountered in such cases are illustrated in four patients. Special atten tion is given to those rare post-mastectomy cases. The clinical, pathological and differential diagnostic aspects of this iatrogenic condition are discussed.
