Abstract
Two cases are presented of children who suffered from recurrent ecchymoses of both eyelids, after which they developed typical bilateral proptosis that enabled the authors to reach the diagnosis of metastatic neuroblastoma. The disease and its possible presenting symptoms are discussed.
