Abstract
Determines the extent to which several population change determinants influence population redistribution through time in a state adopting a long-term population policy. The spatial trends of relative population change between two successive time-slices were identified by the fitting of trend surface polynomials. Multiple and partial correlations revealed ranks of magnitude and intervening effects. Natural growth appeared a significant contributor to population redistribution. -Author
