Abstract

[I¹²⁵]HGH was purified 1 week, 5 weeks and 8 weeks after iodination by high resolution gel nitration. Using it m radioimmunoassay of HGH it was proved to maintain the same immunoreactivity as the fresh material. The criterion for its immunoreactivity is the precision of the assay which is assessed by confidence limits of values of IR-HGH in unknown plasma samples.
