Abstract

A novel single-pixel fluorescence microscope with super-resolution, based on structured illumination microscopy, has been developed to release the full potential of single-pixel microscopy. By employing enhanced spatially resolved patterns, the proposed microscope measures light intensities using a bucket detector and improves lateral resolution for both bright-field and fluorescence imaging by extending the spatial frequency spectrum. The results demonstrate significant improvements in lateral resolution, highlighting its application in fluorescence microscopy.
