Abstract

The medical school selection process at Ben-Gurion University is relatively unique in a number of ways and has thus far met most of the expectations held by the school's founders. Much of the success of the process is due to the legacy of Professor Antonovsky who devoted a great deal of thought and effort to maximally exploiting the tool of the semi-structured interview.
