Abstract
A new type of an associative mechanism is presented. It is proposed to use a self-adjoint differential equation to formulate the relationship between a key input and the recollection output. It is shown that the recollection is retrievable by any part of the key. The advantage of this model to compare with a linear one is that the stored information does not distort the output recollection.
