Abstract

Thermostable silaenolate anions (Me₃Si)₂Si ≈ C(OLi)R, unusual compounds of the silaolefinic series were obtained by the reaction of tris(trimethylsilyl)acylsilanes with triethylgermyllithium in tetrahydrofuran.
