Abstract

Many studies indicate that Single Session Therapy (SST) is an effective method of research-based psychological treatment. This approach has many advantages and holds a unique place in the world of therapy. SST can support Social-Emotional Learning (SST-SEL), which involves emotional processing, interpersonal social skills, and cognitive regulation skills. Several case examples illustrate how SST may serve as a primary therapeutic line in the work done by psychologists in educational systems with children, their parents, and educators.
