SPR based blood glucose detection with improved sensitivity and stability

Abstract

A surface-plasmon-resonance based sensor chip for specific detection of blood glucose was developed. Control experiments were performed with and without molecular recognition layer and blood serums and compared with that of a conventional glucometer.
