Abstract

We present a case of concurrent subcutaneous ICD implantation in combination with a epicardial pacemaker in a patient with endocarditis and triple valve replacement. Judicious pre-planning of the surgery ensured no damage to the epicardial lead or interaction/ inteference between the leads of the 2 devices.
