Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of PbSexY1-xalloy and a manufacturing method of PbSe/PbY core/shell nanowire. ;SOLUTION: This manufacturing method of PbSexY1-xalloy includes a process to provide a PbSe nanowire, a process to form a PbY solution (in the formula, Y=S or Te), a process to add the PbSe nanowire to a growth solution, and a process to form the PbSexY1-xnanowire alloy by adding the PbY solution to the heated growth solution containing the PbSe nanowire. ;COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
