Abstract

2-Benzylpyridines scaffolds have been found in various drugs, bioactive natural products, and medicinally important compounds. This manuscript comprises the synthesis of various fluorinated analogs of 2-benzylpyridine compounds by using a Negishi coupling reaction as a key reaction.
