Abstract
The first case of a patient with chronic infection with hepatitis C vires who developed systemic sclerosis, manifested by severe Raynaud's phenomenon, progressive skin thickening, painful fingertip ulcers, dysphagia and Sjogren's syndrome, is described. The role of interferon therapy is discussed.
