In order to design an inclined belt conveyor it is necessary to measure the surcharge and the inclination angles. A simulation experimental apparatus is presented in this paper where apparatus angles, amplitudes, frequencies, loads and duration of time are measured. The parameters simulate the belt conveyor inclination, capacity, belt length, speed, space between idlers and sag (tension). Experimental results are shown in order to analyze the effect of the operation parameters.
