Abstract

Vapour pressures of saturated aqueous of KBr, (NH4)2SO4, CuSO4, FeSO4, and MnCl2 were measured in the 283 K to 308 K temperature range using an evaporimetric technique and were compared with the literature values. From the vapour pressures, the water activities, osmotic coefficients, and molar enthalpies of vaporization and solution at saturation were evaluated.
